Nicholas A. Iarocci is a product of Conneaut, Ashtabula County, Ohio.  Nick is currently the owner of The Iarocci Law Firm, Ltd. located at 213 Washington Street, Conneaut, Ohio, and has been practicing law in Ohio since 1989.  Nick obtained his high school diploma from Conneaut High School in 1982, and received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (Accounting Major) from Miami University (Ohio) in 1986 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1989.  Following graduation from law school, Nick became employed as an environmental law attorney with the law firm of Fuller & Henry in downtown Toledo.  Nick was subsequently retained by the law firm of Marshall & Mellhorn in Toledo in 1993 to establish and maintain and environmental law department within that firm.  In 1995, Nick moved back to his hometown of Conneaut and established his own law practice while serving for two years as an Assistant Ashtabula County Prosecutor.

                        Since 1995, Nick has successfully represented hundreds of clients in various legal matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, probate, estate planning, divorce/dissolution, criminal defense and general litigation matters.

Nick is a member of the Ashtabula County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Academy of Trial Lawyers, and Ohio Association for Justice. Nick has been actively involved in several community organizations, including the Conneaut Board of Education (Past President two years), Conneaut Human Resources Center Board of Directors, Conneaut Community Foundation Board of Trustees, Ashtabula County Basketball Foundation, Inc. (Co-Founder and Co-Trustee), LEADERship Ashtabula County, United Way of Ashtabula County Board of Directors, Conneaut Lions Club (Past President two years), Conneaut Community Center Board of Directors, Conneaut Optimist Club, Community Counseling Center Board of Directors, St. Mary/St. Frances Cabrini Parish Finance Committee, Precinct Committeeman for the Ashtabula County Democratic Party, Conneaut Local Youth Organization Baseball and Softball Coach, and Sports Broadcaster for WWOW Radio and The Conneaut Telephone Company CableSuite 541.  Nick also leads a bible study for high school students.

Nick is married to the former Lisa Pataky of Conneaut, Ohio, and Nick and Lisa are the proud parents of two daughters, Mari (a student at The Ohio State University) and Laina (a senior at Conneaut High School).

Nick’s hobbies include walking, golfing, broadcasting and gardening, and Nick is proud of his Christianity.
